Returns

We hope you love your Wild Geese garments but we understand that sometimes you’ll need to exchange or return your purchase so we’ll try to make this is as easy as possible.  We offer a full refund on items sent back to us so long as:

  • They are in the same condition you received them in i.e. clean, undamaged and unworn
  • They are in their original packaging
  • The original receipt has been included
  • You email us to confirm your intention to return an item within 14 days of the date on your receipt and that items are received by us within 7 days of us acknowledging your request to return

Please email info@wildgeeselondon.com and we will provide return instructions. We suggest you send your item back tracked as Wild Geese can not be held responsible for items lost in the post.  You will receive a full refund to the card you purchased on.  Please allow up to 10 days from when we receive your item back (we will email you to confirm receipt) to receive the refund in to your account.

What we don’t refund:

  • Packaging or postage
  • Sale items
  • Gift notes
  • Anything that has been personalised
  • Items marked as ‘Gift’ – we offer an exchange on gifts

Faulty goods:
We thoroughly hand check every garment before it is sent out so you should receive it in perfect condition, however if there is a fault with anything please email us as soon as possible with the receipt number and details to info@wildgeeselondon.com and we will reply to you within 24hrs.
