Welcome to the first edition of Wild Geese Loves……
We will update you weekly on what we’ve been up to, a little bit about our latest collections and new arrivals as well as other things we love and think you will to.
Wild Geese was born in September 2015 and over the last 6 months we have been working hard on creating a collection of beautiful nightwear and loungewear pieces. We’ve also been building the showcase for Wild Geese, our website. It’s now ready to go live and we can’t wait for you to see it….www.wildgeeselondon.com.
All of the Wild Geese collections are inspired by ‘Our favourite things’…..books, films, places. That’s the Wild Geese fingerprint. For Spring Summer 2016 that’s Santorini, Mexico and The Great Gatsby’s Jay and Daisy.
We are dreaming of hills steeped with little villas with blue turrets and Bouganvillea growing up white washed walls. We are drinking an Aperol Spritz watching the sun go down in Fira. Our Santorini collection is inspired by the calm beauty of this Greek island. Browse by collection on our website and you’ll find camis, shorties, lounge trousers and playsuits in cool white broderie, silky soft printed cotton and the slinkiest jersey.
Wild Geese also loves….
Watching….The Durrells – based on the bohemian life of Gerald Durrell and his childhood spent on the island of Corfu – the inspiration for his book My Family and Other Animals. We are dreaming of Greece…again!
Reading…..http://megantaylor.london/ Megan is the model in our Spring Summer campaign and blogs on everything from beauty to cooking. She also did a little vlog on the Wild Geese photoshoot so take a look!
Listening to…..Bad Blood by NAO. It’s got us feeling all nostalgic for 90s R&B! Follow this fellow London lady on Twitter and if you’re lucky enough to be going to Glastonbury this year you’ll see her there
Slathering…..Sunday Riley Bionic Anti-aging cream over our serum in the morning and Rodial Bee Venom Night before bed – we like our makeup a little lighter in the Spring so great skin is a must
Visiting….The Vogue 100: A Century of Style exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery in London until May
Have a great weekend everyone!
